Brownie Lover’s Peanut Butter Pizza
This decadent dessert pizza combines a rich brownie base with creamy peanut butter and delicious toppings for the ultimate sweet treat!
Ingredients
For the Brownie Crust:
- 1 box brownie mix (or homemade brownie batter)
 - 2 eggs (as per box instructions)
 - ½ cup vegetable oil (or as per box instructions)
 - ¼ cup water (or as per box instructions)
 
For the Peanut Butter Layer:
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
 - ¼ cup powdered sugar
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 
Toppings:
- ½ cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)
 - ¼ cup peanut butter chips
 - ¼ cup crushed peanuts or Reese’s Pieces
 - ¼ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
 - Drizzle of melted chocolate or caramel
 
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Brownie Crust
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
 - Mix brownie batter according to package or homemade recipe instructions.
 - Pour batter into the pizza pan and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
 - Let the brownie crust cool completely.
 
Step 2: Make the Peanut Butter Spread
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
 - Spread evenly over the cooled brownie crust.
 
Step 3: Add Toppings
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, crushed peanuts, and mini marshmallows on top.
 - Drizzle with melted chocolate or caramel for extra decadence.
 
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
- Slice like a pizza and serve immediately.
 - Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
