Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a delicious, bite-sized snack filled with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in a soft, golden-brown dough. They’re perfect for parties, game nights, or just a fun twist on traditional pizza!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20-25 pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit and spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center.
  3. Add toppings: Place a few pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the middle.
  4. Seal the dough: Fold the edges over the filling and pinch them together to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush with butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each pizza bomb.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top for extra flavor.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
