Creamy Caramel Pudding
Ingredients:
- For the Pudding:
- 2 cups milk
 - ½ cup sugar
 - ¼ cup cornstarch
 - ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 
 - For the Caramel Flavor:
- ½ cup sugar
 - ¼ cup water
 
 - For Garnish:
- Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
 
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Caramel:
- In a saucepan, heat ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup water over medium heat.
 - Stir until the sugar melts and turns golden brown.
 - Remove from heat and set aside.
 
 - Make the Pudding:
- In another pot, mix milk, cornstarch, and condensed milk (if using).
 - Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
 - Add the prepared caramel to the pudding mixture and stir well.
 - Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and butter. Mix until smooth.
 
 - Assemble and Chill:
- Pour the pudding into a serving dish or small cups.
 - Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
 
 - Garnish and Serve:
- Before serving, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder on top.
 - Enjoy chilled!
