Tiramisu Pudding Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
 - 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
 - 12 ladyfingers (broken into small pieces)
 - 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix
 - 2 cups cold milk
 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
 - Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Pudding:
- In a bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk.
 - Let it set for about 5 minutes until thickened.
 
 - Make the Cream Mixture:
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
 
 - Soak the Ladyfingers:
- Mix the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow bowl.
 - Dip the ladyfinger pieces briefly in the coffee mixture.
 
 - Assemble the Cups:
- In serving cups, layer soaked ladyfingers, a layer of pudding, and a layer of mascarpone cream.
 - Repeat the layers if desired.
 
 - Final Touches:
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
 
 - Chill & Serve:
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
