Velvety sauce, juicy beef, and al dente pasta come together in a dish that’s both elegant and satisfying.

🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 12 oz beef fillet, sliced into strips
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, tagliatelle, or penne)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Cook Pasta

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Step 2: Sear Beef

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Season beef with salt and pepper and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Make Sauce

In the same skillet, add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Deglaze with white wine if using. Stir in cream, Parmesan, mustard, and herbs. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 4: Combine

Return beef to skillet, add pasta, and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed. Adjust salt and pepper.

Step 5: Serve

Plate pasta and beef, garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
