- 4 cod fillets
 - 3 tbsp soy sauce
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1 tbsp grated ginger
 - 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions:
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
 - Marinate cod fillets in the mixture for 15–20 minutes.
