🧾 Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 slices deli ham
- 1½ cups shredded Swiss, cheddar, or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (egg wash)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds or poppy seeds (optional)

Step 1: Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Assemble
