Pepperoni Pizza Bombs
Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are a delicious, bite-sized snack filled with gooey cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce, all wrapped in a soft, golden-brown dough. They’re perfect for parties, game nights, or just a fun twist on traditional pizza!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 20-25 pepperoni slices
 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Flatten each biscuit and spread a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center.
 - Add toppings: Place a few pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the middle.
 - Seal the dough: Fold the edges over the filling and pinch them together to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
 - Brush with butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over each pizza bomb.
 - Sprinkle Parmesan on top for extra flavor.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy!
