Cottage Cheese Flatbread

This viral high-protein cottage cheese flatbread is soft, flexible, and perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or pizza bases. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s naturally high in protein and super easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and optional seasonings. Mix until combined.
