Cottage Cheese Flatbread
This viral high-protein cottage cheese flatbread is soft, flexible, and perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or pizza bases. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s naturally high in protein and super easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (or oat flour)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
