Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss broccoli, zucchini, and tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread veggies on a sheet pan.
- Place salmon in the center and drizzle with lemon juice and a little more olive oil.
